QGifer es una aplicación que nos permitirá crear imágenes animadas a partir de fragmentos de vídeo de manera sencilla.

Si necesitamos un programa para crear gifs o extraer imagenes de un video QGifer te puede hechar una mano ->

No hay mucho que decir , es una herramienta que nos permite convertir un video o parte de el en las imagenes y animar a gif.

El lenguaje Español y Português no están presentes asi que probablemente la maioria usariamos el Ingles.

 

Si por alguna razón lo instalais en Ubuntu y no se lanza haced el truco almendruco (me acorde de elbinario ahora ) :D  ->
